Terms of sale

In the following you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.

Payment

All prices stated in the Hestehaven Camping online booking system, just like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.

Payment is made by using Dankort, VisaDankort, VISA or Mastercard. A fee is charged on payment. The amount of the fee appears on the payment page before the actual payment is completed.

Advance payment when booking

50% is paid when booking and the remaining amount is paid 14 days before arrival.

When booking less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount is paid at the time of booking.

An administration fee of DKK is charged. DKK 29 when ordering.

If the amount is not paid as stated above, Hestehaven Camping is entitled to cancel the lease.

Confirmation and lease

Upon booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation from Hestehaven Camping in which the account for your booking appears. The confirmation is sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.

Check of rental certificate

On receipt of the rental certificate, it is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure that the period and the selected unit are correct.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Hestehaven Camping on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.

If you wish to use the flex booking, this must be reported by email at least 3 days before. Flex booking can be purchased online when you book your stay for DKK 75. No refunds will be given.

  • Cancellation guarantee: A cancellation guarantee is offered for 10% of the total amount of your booked stay. This guarantee ensures that you have the option to cancel your reservation should unexpected situations arise. We recommend considering this option to ensure maximum flexibility in your travel plans.
  • How does a cancellation guarantee work? If you purchase a cancellation guarantee and need to cancel your holiday, you can get a full refund up to 14 days before your holiday starts*.

If you buy a cancellation guarantee and cancel your holiday less than 14 days before your holiday starts, you will get half the amount back*.

The cancellation guarantee must be purchased at the same time as you book your holiday.

* The amount of the cancellation guarantee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of booking within 3 days: If you cancel within 3 days of the booking being made, the full amount will always be refunded free of charge. Cancellation must be made to email: Info@fjellerup-camping.dk

When booking by telephone, the following applies:

Cancellation protection is applied to the invoice if desired.

When booking online, the following applies:

You must choose yourself whether you want to purchase cancellation protection.

Our cancellation protection does NOT cover if you need to interrupt your stay.

After payment, the cancellation protection can no longer be ordered/cancelled.

Personal information

Hestehaven Camping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Hestehaven Camping keeps the registration for 5 years.

Hestehaven Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Complaint processing

If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, please write or call the address or phone number below.

Complaints about the booking process and the booking itself must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your confirmation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after the stay, the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection of the Purchase Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
